At BLUE Culinary Studio, we work with our guests to enjoy delicious food in a bunch of ways. Our hands-on classes teach cooks at every age how to make seasonal, flavorful meals at home. Our private events are designed for interaction and lots of foodie fun. A few things to note:

  1. Well behaved children under the age of 18 are welcome to participate with the paid admission of an adult. Adult classes are for ages 21+ only.

  2. We offer classes at five different ability levels. Selecting one that is aligned to your current skill level gives you the best chance at improving upon those skills (and enjoying yourself). Skill levels are denoted by the knife icon in the class description (1 knife = simple; 5 knifes = complex).

  3. Classes accommodate up to 12 participants. Reservations are first come, first serve—and classes fill up fast. You can be added to a waitlist for classes that are already full.

  4. If you are joining our class as a single ticket holder, you will be paired up with another single ticket holder.

  5. Classes are designed around fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  6. Coming with a group? If over 6 guests you will need to plan a private event.

  7. Our cooking classes make great gifts. We can also organize special classes for private parties and company outings.

Southern cooking is all about using fresh ingredients to put a new spin on age-old recipes. This hands on class will give you the chance to create stunning interpretations of our favorite southern dishes.
